 I bring over 18 years of experience in health coaching, alongside professional work in mental health, crisis, trauma, and addictions environments.

My career has consistently centered on supporting people during periods of high stress — when clarity drops, routines fall apart, and decision-making feels overwhelming.

My career has consistently centered on supporting people during periods of high stress — when clarity drops, routines fall apart, and decision-making feels overwhelming.

Across roles and settings (including work overseas), my strength has always been the same:
staying grounded under pressure and helping others orient, stabilize, and move forward without collapse or force.

Ambition Online was created to bring this integrated approach — health, clarity, and accountability — into one calm, practical space for women navigating major life transitions.

 My work is grounded in both formal training and real-world experience.


I am a certified health coach, pre- and post-natal certified, and a certified life coach, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Advanced). I am also formerly certified as a personal trainer.

Alongside these credentials, I have worked in mental health, crisis, trauma,

Alongside these credentials, I have worked in mental health, crisis, trauma, and addictions-adjacent environments, supporting individuals during periods of acute stress, instability, and major life transition.

This combination allows me to work at the intersection of:


  • physical health and nervous system regulation
     
  • behavior change under pressure
     
  • clarity and decision-making during stress
     
  • routine-building when motivation is low
     

I don’t approach change theoretically. I work with what actually holds under real life.

 I believe transitions are lived in the body, not just processed in the mind.


When life shifts suddenly - through loss, separation, burnout, or prolonged stress, clarity alone isn’t enough. What actually changes things is continuing to eat, move, sleep, and show up, even when motivation is low and everything feels harder than it should.

When life shifts suddenly - through loss, separation, burnout, or prolonged stress, clarity alone isn’t enough. What actually changes things is continuing to eat, move, sleep, and show up, even when motivation is low and everything feels harder than it should.

This is where I work best.

I’m very good at recognizing patterns — where stress is disrupting routines, where thinking is looping instead of clarifying, and where avoidance is quietly replacing forward motion. I help people see what’s actually happening, without drama or judgment, and then support them in doing what stabilizes them next.


My approach is holistic, practical, and honest. It focuses on:


  • maintaining movement even when you don’t feel like it
     
  • eating in ways that support energy and regulation under stress
     
  • protecting sleep and daily rhythms during disruption
     
  • rebuilding routines that create momentum and self-trust
     
  • learning how to move forward without waiting to feel ready
     

I do believe in pushing people, but not through shame, panic, or force.


I apply steady, realistic pressure in the right places, so progress continues even during hard seasons. This isn’t about perfection or motivation. It’s about staying engaged with your life while it’s unfolding, instead of opting out until things feel easier.


Much of this work reflects how I’ve navigated transition myself: doing what supports me even when it’s uncomfortable, repetitive, or unglamorous, because I know from experience that forward motion changes the nervous system, restores clarity, and rebuilds confidence over time.


The goal isn’t to feel good first.
The goal is to do what works, and let clarity, strength, and self-trust follow.



 Progress doesn’t require perfect conditions. It requires showing up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable.
